Cats
What are your thoughts on cats? Do you have any? Do you like them? Are they hard to take care of? Are they fun to have? Are they high-maintenance? Does anyone have allergies but still have a cat?
Please also share your personal cat stories.
Thanks!
I have had cats before. My wife doesn’t really like them or I’d probably have one now. They can be a bit expensive with shots, medical checkups, food, litter box, etc. And if you don’t take good care they can contribute to odors (IE: if they aren’t groomed or you are slow to changing the litter box) but I always enjoyed having cats. I am allergic, not to the dander like most people, but to the oils on their claws, so a tiny scratch from a cat causes a bit of a reaction in my skin, but nothing that really would stop me from having a cat. And depending on the cat’s personality they can be high maintenance or not.

I’m not fond of cats, though my sister loves them and for some odd reason, any stray cat seem to pick my house as their home. Right now, there is a cat who will not leave my house. We don’t know whose cat it is. The only thing we know that with the tag , it’s someone’s pet, but now that the cat has been constantly fed by her, he will not leave my domain.
My nephews love the little feline. In spite of the signs of ownership of the cat, they are not allowed to play with it because we’re unsure of the origins of this cat. They also have a cat of their own. Oddly, there are not many cats that I like, but I tolerate theirs’ .
