Cowboys get rocked by Eagles 44-6
I didn’t care much about the Giants game, since we already made the playoffs and clinced home field advantage, so I was mostly interested in the Cowboys-Eagles game. I despise both teams, but more the Cowgirls than the Eagles. The Eagles defense completely obliterated the Cowgirl’s chance of going to the playoffs. Romo was seen crying on the field with this held dugg into the ground after a fumble and recovery by the Eagles.
What a good Sunday for the NFL!
Canadian Guyanese Cocaine Dealers use Hot Sauce Exporter
No matter how bad a Guyanese person is, they gotta have their peppa sauce:
Police have seized $40 million worth of cocaine and arrested one suspect in one of the largest busts in Ontario history.
The cocaine was smuggled inside boxes of hot sauce on a boat from Guyana and destined for an Etobicoke food importer. The drug was inserted into the cardboard dividers inside the boxes, police said today.
Thank God they captured these criminals. Cocaine is not good for Guyana, Canada and the entire world.
Giants-Panthers game was a roller coaster ride!
We were looking good in the first quarter. Then the second quarter they were looking good. We stepped up in the second half to come back in the game, but then they came back. The Panthers almost had the win with their final attempt to seal the deal before overtime with a 50-yard field goal against some strong winds. It was not good.
In overtime it was Giants domination time!
I can’t wait for the playoffs!
The Cowboys lost their last game at Texas Stadium
What a great game that was! I am so glad the Ravens beat the Cowgirls. “America’s Team” is no longer the team that everyone wants to see. It was such a historical game and night, yet Romo was on the ground more often than usual. TO could not touch the ball as much as he liked. To all my Cowgirls fans out there: BOO YAH!

Bush Shoe Throwing Games
Ever since the infamous Iraqi journalist threw his shoes at Bush, mini games have popped up on the web. Here is a bunch of them. If you find any that I don’t have listed, please comment and share it.
http://bushbash.flashgressive.de/ - Bush Shoe Throwing Game, pretty crappy graphics and animation, but still gets the job done.
http://blog.zanorg.com/index.php?perm=370 - Your Bush and you have to duck and sway yourself from the flying shoes. I like losing in this game.
http://www.t-enterprise.co.uk/flashgame/playgame.aspx?id=bushbootcamp - Bush Boot Camp. Basically you have guns and you have to shoot the shoes. Again, another game I like losing.
http://play.sockandawe.com/ - You have a shoe in your hand. You know the rest
Got any more links? Feel free to share new ways to re-live the shoe-throwing experience.
Giants need Burress, Steelers win, Redskins lose – Week 15 Review
First and foremost, the Giants need to set up on their offensive line. Eli Manning was sacked so many times that I’m surprised he wasn’t injured. Secondly, can our receivers get open and catch the ball. Thirdly we need Plaxico Burress back. I know I said that we don’t need him, but that was when we were winning. Now we are losing. We need to clinch the NFC and get the first round bye. Next week is a must win against Carolina.
The Ravens lost to the Steelers with an extremely controversial TD. The ball was caught before it entered the TD zone but the catcher’s feet was in the zone. It was originally called down at the 3 yard line but then it was reviewed and overturned to a TD. That really sucks for the Ravens.
Redskins lost.
TapDefense – Addictive iPhone Game
I am a big time free loader when it comes to iPhone apps. All I download is free stuff. I only bought one app and that was QuranPro for my wife’s iPhone. The four pages of apps and counting are all free ones. They are just as good as the paid ones and even better.
The latest app I got is a game called TapDefense. It is extremely popular and very addictive. It’s so addictive that I play it more than my PC games and PS3. It’s really fun.
The idea behind the game is to kill off all the monsters using various different towers. You place them along a path strategically knowing their capabilities. It gets harder as you increase levels and the demons become stronger and withstand longer than usual.
If you have an iPhone, I suggest not to download this game if you don’t have a lot of free time.
Hip Hop reaches the streets of Mecca

The influence of the hip hop culture has reached the streets of Mecca. Hopefully there are projects that can divert this negative energy into a positive vibe that will attract the Saudi youth.

Gas Prices May hit $1 in 2009!
This is great news to me. It’s about time those oil rich companies start cutting their prices. They made record profits this year and last year, they don’t need any more grand revenues.
All the current talk about alternative fuels is doing oil prices no good.
Gulf Oil CEO Joe Petrowski said on Wednesday that the price of oil could sink to $20 per barrel, and there is a chance gasoline prices could drop as low as $1 per gallon by early next year.
Speaking at a South Shore Chamber of Commerce breakfast at Lombardo’s in Randolph, the Brockton native said that after speculators drove oil prices up, there is a chance that the market will overshoot on the way back down, resulting in much lower prices at the pump.
Gas prices have already sunk fairly rapidly this fall, reaching a statewide average of $1.85 for a gallon of regular-grade gasoline this week, following a plunge in crude oil prices.
To make matters worse (for the oil companies and producers) Merril Lynch is predicting $25/barrel oil soon
Shout out to Tariq Nelson for sharing this.
